Claire Bilavsky

RYT 200

Claire is a creative, soulful, genuine and authentic human being. As a graduate from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art, Claire continues to live out her passion through personal work and teaching private lessons. She has always been comfortable getting lost within the rhythm of her paint brush. Once yoga had been introduced to her in 2008; Claire’s art form expanded into the realms of breath and body. Both have become therapeutically focused on the feeling and what will emote while grooving in the flow. She is recently 200hr Yoga Alliance certified through Indigo Yoga with Stephanie Parcells and Cindy Romano and 30hr Yoga Alliance Certified through Spirit Speak with Seane Corn. She is also Certified as a Reiki Practioner Level Three. Claire is looking forward to making yoga an accessible art form to all through teaching.

Michelle Canale

RYT 200

Michelle first found yoga as a change of pace from her typical fitness club workouts.  Through her own practice, she learned the importance of creating balance, discipline, connection, and physical strength. Michelle's passion for yoga led her to a career (and lifestyle) change, transitioning from her days as a business analyst for the finance department of a non-profit organization to yoga instructor and health coach.  She is a graduate of YogaWorks and registered with Yoga Alliance.  Michelle is also completing the Health Coaching Program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  She enjoys sharing her love for yoga and wellness with her community.  Michelle teaches an alignment-based vinyasa style class, focusing on linking movement to breath and proper alignment to keep the body safe.

Rachel Cavanna

ERYT 200

Rachel stumbled upon yoga as a "less strenuous" way to improve her breath control and flexibility while training for her first triathlon - and it had her at "Om"! She has since completed her 200 hour certification through YogaManjari, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She is genuinely thrilled to bring her energy, dedication to strength and movement, and humor to each and every class. Her passion for practice is fueled by the thought that each time you step on your mat, you're given an opportunity to catch a brand new glimpse of yourself, and that our breath is a gift to open our hearts (and maybe even our hips!) a little more every time. She enjoys leading a strengthening and fun vinyasa-flow class for all levels.

Roberta Catuogno

Roberta has been practicing yoga for the last 15 years and teaching since 2013. Her classes are both powerful and playful, often set to an eclectic collection of music. Tracy Hart

RYT 200

Tracy’s classes combine her love and knowledge of vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga, sound healing, and reiki.  She encourages every student to appreciate his or her own body where it is on the mat today. She believes that our yoga practice is truly practice for what we face in our everyday lives and teaches students to open their awareness, watch their breath, and be in the present moment.

Tracy is a sound healing practitioner and a reiki master who trusts that vibrational energy is an integral part of the healing process for all of us.  She often incorporates these elements into her classes through the use of singing bowls, positive affirmations, and meditation to cleanse and balance the energy centers and to get the energy flowing freely so that students can reach their highest creative potential.

Tracy plays both the crystal and Himalayan singing bowls in group workshops and private sound healing sessions.  She received her training in the Himalayan bowls through the Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School. She plays the singing bowls to attune and cleanse the chakras, to allow students to deeply relax, and to help alleviate stress and pain.  She uses reiki to direct healing energy where it needs to go in a person’s mind, body, and spirit.

Tracy received her 200-hour kundalini yoga certification from Kundalini Yoga East in New York and her 200-hour ashtanga based vinyasa yoga training at Urban Bliss Yoga in Charlotte, N.C.  She is a perpetual learner and is always incorporating new ways to teach her students to connect to their truest selves in each class.

Kathleen Good

“When you understand who and what you are, your radiance projects into the universal radiance and everything around you becomes creative and full of opportunity.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

Introduced to yoga as a child, Kathleen rediscovered yoga 17 years ago after a serious challenge to her health. What began as an hour out for stress relief became a daily, life sustaining practice that now informs every aspect of her life. In 2008 she gave up the legal world to dedicate herself to the study and practice of yoga.

Kathleen is committed to sharing the gift of Kundalini yoga to maintain physical health and peace of mind.

Kathleen trained and received her 200 hour certification from Kundalini Yoga East in New York City in 2010. In 2011 she became a certified Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga teacher and in 2012 was certified in Child Play Yoga.

She continues to augment her training by attending advanced level training and workshops on Anatomy, The Skeletal System, Ayurveda and Kundalini Yoga for Addictive Behavior.

Kim Giglio (Harkamal Kaur)

“Meditation is the power in the individual to take you through all adversities.” –Yogi Bhajan

Kim believes one of the biggest challenges in life is to find meaning in what we do and who we are.  While in the midst of a career change in 2011, this belief is what ultimately led her to register on a whim for a week long workshop, “The Radiant Power of Women."

This was her first experience with Kundalini yoga.  The practice ignited a spark from deep within, a sense of freedom like never before.  Intrigued and curious, she committed to the practice and never looked back.

Kim completed her KRI Level 1 teacher training in Cape Town, South Africa under the guidance of Gurmukh, Gurushabd and Guru Dharam.  She is working toward her Level 2 certification and has completed a specialty training through SuperHealth: “Yogic Science for Addictive Habits & Behaviors."

Kundalini yoga has aided Kim in living a more self-expressed and contributive life.   It is her intention that it will do the same for her students.  It is an honor and privilege to support others on this journey; the journey of one’s own soul.

Kate Hewson

RYT 200

Kate began her journey in yoga years ago, for a way to help her unwind from a hectic city commute and job in the fashion industry. Like most yoga practitioners, after trying many different forms of fitness, she kept coming back to yoga, realizing that yoga had something much more to offer than the physical aspect of the practice. As a certified Pilates instructor for over 10 years, she was already involved with a movement method and loved the idea of the mind body connection that yoga had to offer.

Kate decided to further her knowledge of yoga and enrolled in Yoga Manjari’s RYT -200 Hour Teacher Training with her husband, where she also studied Restorative Yoga. She began teaching right away, and loves the idea of bringing yoga into other people’s lives. In addition to her yoga certification, Kate currently holds certifications from Power Pilates NYC, Physical Mind Institute for Pilates Apparatus and Bella Bellies – Pre and Post Natal Fitness. Still working full time in the fashion industry, she doesn't consider teaching work, but rather a release from the pressures of work and a way to let go and interact with great people. Still being a student of yoga herself, Kate is always looking for a challenge and yearns for more knowledge. Kate is a true believer in the saying that the best teacher is also a student and that “In learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn”.

Rachel Kornmann

RYT 200

Rachel began practicing yoga her freshman year of college. While trying to manage the stress and anxiety that comes from college, she searched for help online and stumbled upon a 30-day yoga video series. She was shocked by how her stress and anxiety melted away every time she stood on her mat. She couldn’t get enough of yoga, and after the 30 days was up, she began taking classes wherever she could. Rachel fell in love with the healing that yoga brought her and the feeling of being connected back to herself. Wanting to share the gifts of yoga with others, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of Jill Blumenstock at Experience Yoga Studio in Blackwood, New Jersey.  Rachel hopes to fill her classes with love, knowledge, and the eternal light that shines within all of us.

Luis Olle

RYT 200

Luis discovered the practice of yoga in 2004 through Seane Corn. While he was attracted to the physical aspects of the practice, he fell more in love with the emotional benefits, and spirituality it brought him. From the moment he stepped into his first class that year, he knew this was something that brought him personal joy. After more than a decade of practicing with some amazing local and well known teachers like Seane Corn, Elena Brower, Jillian Pranksy, Gina Caputo, and Andrea Marcum, he felt he was finally ready to become a knowledgeable, and compassionate teacher himself. So that he could serve others the very nourishing practice, and joy that yoga brought him. In March of 2019, he completed his RYT-200 training course through Sakula Yoga under the mentoring of Sharon J.H. He also received personal workshop training through the Colorado School of Yoga's Gina Caputo, as well as Seane Corn at her 2018 Spirit Speak. His dream of becoming a teacher had come true, but that accomplishment is where his journey truly begins! The Universe has his back, and he'll make it clear that it has yours as well!
