What You Need to Know!

What do I need to bring with me?


If you have a mat, great, bring it. Otherwise, we have mats, blocks, straps, and lots of other things you could need, free of charge. If you are unsure about what to use during a practice, your teacher can let you know what they think is best to support you! It is also recommended to bring a water bottle!




Arrive Early. Here's why...


Make sure you show up for you first class 10-15 minutes before the start time so you can fill out our waiver and give the teacher time to talk to you. This time also gives you the opportunity to settle into the space and center yourself in any way you need.




What do I wear?


Wear clothes that will stay in place and are comfortable for you to move in. Having to adjust your pants or fix your shirt every time you move may pull you out of the experience.

You will be barefoot in most classes, especially those that have more movement such as flow classes. In classes that are more seated or meditation based, you are free to bring socks to keep your feet warm.




Please turn off your cell.


Even if your cell phone is in the lobby, please turn it off or on silent. We want to ensure that everyone is able to focus within.




Do I need to sign up for class ahead of time?


On your first visit, you can come to class without signing up. The teacher at the desk can set you up with a Mindbody account and process your payment. If you want to do those steps at home, that is fine also! Once you have an account, you can sign up for classes ahead of time or show up on the day of and the teacher can easily sign you in.
