FRIDAY NIGHT YOGA

Tough week?  Chill out and start your weekend off right with Friday Night Yoga.  Just like our Yoga Flow class except with candles, mood lighting, and lots and lots of stretching. Oh yea, and it's 90-minutes too.​

GENTLE YOGA

A breath-centered class for all body types which may include a combination of the following: mindful movement, breathing techniques, sound, ancient vedic chants or sutras, and meditation. All levels are welcome as the practice is tailored to suit the needs of the individual.

KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION

​Experience Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This class will focus on pranayama breath-work, movement, meditation, and kriyas (cleansing practices to help strengthen the nervous system and subtle body to awaken the kundalini energy.)


When this energy awakens you will experience your own innate inner power and Joy.


You will leave feeling rejuvenated, energized, balanced, and present.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

The most delicious of all yoga classes. Creep slowly through this class and find yourself blissed out on yoga when you're done. Expect a deeper opening, extra stretching, and to just generally slow down. 

RISE AND SHINE YOGA

Get your body moving with this hour long class designed to help you connect with yourself and start your day on your mat! These yoga classes will help strengthen, open, and energize your body, awaken your spirit, and calm your mind before taking on the rest of your day! Grab your morning zen and meet the day refreshed and centered in yourself! 

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Slow Flow Yoga is for all levels and is a great way to deepen your personal practice.  During a Slow Flow practice, poses will be held a little longer, allowing you to stretch deeper and be fully present in each posture.   Slow movements allow you to refine and strengthen each pose without rushing to the next posture, while also focusing on alignment and breath. Slow Flow Yoga is not just for beginners.  Yogis of all levels can find their personal challenges and strengths as they slowly and mindfully move through each posture.  This is a very trans-formative class. Slow Flow allows you to embody your strength while creating harmony of the mind, body and breath.

SOUND HEALING: CHAKRA CRYSTAL BOWL MEDITATION

The Chakra Crystal Bowl are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure!) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, and with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing & Clearing. Crystal bowl sound is a form of vibrational medicine, which is based on the idea that an illness can be characterized by the blockages in the energy centers (the chakras). Crystals can interact with our thoughts. Thoughts are energy forms. When thought energy interacts with a crystal, those thoughts are changed to more harmonic forms, which change brainwave frequencies, showing possible alterations in consciousness. Thus, the power of positive intention or affirmation combined with the use of crystals provides remarkable healing results.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

An inclusive adaptive class for those recovering from recent surgery, injury, those dealing with chronic pain, insomnia, stress, range of motion limitations and any other obstacles to help reduce pain, release tension and improve overall movement through Pranayama (breath work), restorative poses, gentle therapeutic movement and poses, hands on healing, and gentle stretching to help bring balance to the body and mind. All are welcome.

YOGA 101

Get a jump start on your yoga practice. This class is ideal for beginners just starting out, as well as those looking to reinforce their foundation of basic skills.  Build strength, learn the poses, and understand the lingo. Keep an open mind.  We won't ask you to look like a pretzel, we may ask you to do something you never thought you would or could do.

YOGA FLOW

A vinyasa (or flow) style yoga class with an emphasis on creativity and alignment.  Each class is created to be a playful and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing, and seated postures, back bending and inversions. And above it all, special attention is brought to the breath to link each pose to the next, and calm the mind and body.
