sat_purkh.jpgSat Purkh Kaur Khalsa is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and Practitioner as well as a Professional Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy. Sat Purkh joined the KRI staff in 2006 and was instrumental in the development of the Level Two Teacher Training curriculums. Currently she serves as Editor and Creative Director for the Kundalini Research Institute and Curriculum Coordinator for the Immersion Training Program. She has three albums of sacred music, Nectar of the Name, Beautiful Day: The Aquarian Sadhana, and Queen Be: The Goddess Within; and authored Everyday Grace: The Art of Being a Woman, an introduction to the Women’s Teachings of Yogi Bhajan. She lives with her husband, Abhai Raj Singh, and their menagerie of animals: Fatty, Slim, Luke, Maggie and Vinnie.
