Kundalini is the universal life force. It is your core source of vital energy. Kundalini yoga and meditation is a powerful technology used to awaken the energy of consciousness which lies within you.
It is often called the "Yoga of Awareness" because it develops and strengthens the nervous system, heightening your conscious awareness on subtle levels, increasing your intuitive capacities and the development of the "neutral mind" and higher states of awareness.

On this weekend we will put in your hands all the tools of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, delivered by experienced teachers at a pace in which you can absorb and effectively integrate their healing effects.
The surroundings are beautiful which adds tremendously to this healing experience. The peaceful natural environment is totally private, with varied terrain which includes secluded fields, woods and meadows. There are huge rock outcroppings, boulders and ridges, a spring-fed pond filled with large gold carp, and fire pit next to the pond. Live music in the early morning practice can be magical, walking meditation into the forest can re-awaken our senses, enhancing our connection with our spirit through the power of nature.
Evening meditations outdoors around a fire pit, and an organic gourmet vegetarian cuisine prepared by the local Chef with products from local organic farmers, can and will make of this 3 day retreat a TRANSFORMATIONAL experience.
Each day you can participate in morning Sadhana, yoga and meditation workshops, afternoon outdoor activities like hiking, walking meditation, and evening chanting and Kirtan.

Each portion of the program will be presented by Akalsukh Singh, Sevakpreet Kaur (Karolina), Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa, Abhai Raj Singh Khalsa and Jivanjeet Kaur. When you're not immersed in the Sound Current or blissed out from yoga and meditation, you can enjoy 3 gourmet vegetarian meals per day, to physically and spiritually nourish yourself. |
